Capture the Moment

1. It is a must that the owners of photos, who will attend the selection, are METU students or graduates.

2. Only the amateur photos captured in digital format will be able to attend the selection.

3. The photo sizes must support A3 print size.

4. Prints of the photos will be brought by the photo owners. (Reasonable prices are trying to be set from Technoart, in METU.)

5. Exhibition commission, which will decide the photos to be displayed, will be determined by the managers of the project.

6. While theme of the exhibition will be decided by the exhibition commission, approximately 30 photos will be chosen among the photos that were delivered for the selection. And, the photos captured in METU will be given priority.

7. The photos, for the selection of exhibition, should not include political, religious and racist symbols and messages; if so, these photos will be deleted without being evaluated.

8. The photos, which include the theme of METU for the selection of exhibition, will be given to the Rectorate of METU for using in the presentation of METU. Moreover, when the photos are wanted to be used in publication agencies, the name and surname of the owner will be emphasized.

9. The project is not related to any community or student club.

10. If anyone claims the possession of any photo that will be displayed in the exhibition, the responsibility belongs to the participant of that photo.

11. During the exhibition, if any photo is sold, half of the income will be given to the METU scholarship fund.
